Kucharik is an assistant professor of agronomy with joint appointments in CALS and the Nelson Institute Center for Sustainability and the Global Environment.

• Numerical modeling of natural and managed ecosystems
• Impacts of climate change and variability on Midwest agriculture
• Bioenergy and sustainability, ecosystem services
