Why do fresh cheese curds squeak? In this episode of Blue Sky Science, Mark Johnson, a scientist with the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, answered that question posed by Ruby Taggart.

Blue Sky Science was a collaboration of the Wisconsin State Journal and the Morgridge Institute for Research. Scientific questions were posed by visitors to the Discovery Building. The Blue Sky Science team then set out to find an expert to answer the questions.
