Hancock Ag Research Station

Ever wonder what goes on at CALS’ Hancock Agricultural Research Station? Then take this “tour,” posted to the CALS YouTube Channel in late 2013, narrated by station superintendent Felix Navarro.

A brief overview: Hancock Agricultural Research Station is a 412-acre vegetable crop research farm located in the Central Sands area of Wisconsin. Field trials at the station are related to potatoes, field corn, sweet corn, soybeans, snap beans, carrots, cucumbers and switchgrass. The station is also home to the Wisconsin Potato & Vegetable Storage Research Facility.

The station will host its annual Potato Field Day on July 22.
