CALS’ Lancaster Agricultural Research Station is located in Wisconsin’s Driftless Area. For that reason, all of the station’s ag research projects–from rotational grazing of beef cattle to agronomic crop rotation studies–take into consideration how to best manage the soils and hilly terrain in southwest Wisconsin.
