UW-Madison team takes first at North American International Livestock Exposition Intercollegiate Dairy Cattle Judging Contest
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Cardinal team was High Team Overall among the 18 national university teams competing in the Intercollegiate Dairy Cattle Judging Contest at the 2004 North American International Livestock Exposition. The UW-Madison team scored 2,120 points – 19 points ahead of second-place California Polytechnic State University – at the contest, held Nov. 7 at Louisville, Ky. Jerome Meyer of Elkhorn, Wis. was High Individual Overall in the competition and Molly Florent of Marengo, Ill. was Second High Invidual Overall.
