On Saturday, Sept. 14, the Wisconsin Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni Association will hold its 27th annual Football Fire-Up at the West Madison Research Station. The Fire-Up will start at 8 a.m. and run to 10:15 a.m.

Alumni, friends and faculty are invited to the Fire-Up. The event features music, a silent auction, and a lunch of steak and brat sandwiches, sweet corn, cheese, potatoes, chips, apples, juice, beer, milk, ice cream, and coffee. The Fire-Up costs $15 for WALSAA members and their guests. Latecomers can register at the door for $20 per person. Game tickets for the Wisconsin/Northern Illinois game are still available for $28.

The West Madison station is at 8502 Mineral Point Road, about a mile west of the Beltline.
