Four To Receive Honorary Recognition Awards From The College Of Agricultural And Life Sciences November 13th

LaVerne Ausman of Elk Mound, the Bassett Family of Ski Hi Fruit Farm near Baraboo, Russell C. Doane of Menomonie, and Patrick J. Luby of Madison will receive Honorary Recognition awards Nov. 13 from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The awards will be presented at a banquet in the Memorial Union on the UW-Madison campus. Also at the banquet, Neal Jorgensen, professor emeritus of dairy science and former Dean of the College, will receive the CALS Distinguished Service Award.

Honorary Recognition, the highest honor bestowed by the College, recognizes people who have made outstanding contributions toward the development of agriculture, protection of natural resources, and improvement of rural living.
